Family Christmas

One of the things that I look forward to the most about the Christmas season is our annual Frizzell family Christmas.  When I was younger, it was on Christmas Eve, usually at my Uncle Ralph and Aunt Dianna's  or my grandparents home.  Over the years, many things have changed, but the traditional shrimp dinner continues.  How wonderful it was to see everyone, to catch up with family and enjoy great food.

We initially headed to my parents home and stayed the night, spending some quality time with the grandparents.
Reading with Grandpa Pasek...

Taking a ride around the house on the bean-bag chair...

 Grandma's pancakes....yum!

Ava discovered Uncle B's stuffed animals...and tried to hoard them all!

Then we were off to my Uncle Bill and Aunt Sharon's lake house!  Ava went decked out in her new Christmas outfit from my cousin Candy.

Pretending to be shy, hanging on to dad.
Found someone's boots!

"Hi Chris.  Can I have your cell phone?"
Meeting baby Peyton for the first time....he might only be a few months old, but he is almost as big as me!

Cousins.
