Halloween 2013

We had a great time at the Freeman Halloween festival.  Vivian was a bumblebee (Ava's old costume, of course), and Ava insisted on wearing her lamp costume from last year.

Halloween night was actually a football play-off game (who thought THAT was a good idea?!).  Ava had a really great time handing out candy.  She actually liked that better than the actual trick-or-treating.  She stood at the door and yelled "Hey, come here!  Come get your candy!" and when she saw people walking down the street she said "Momma, we have to hurry home to give them candy."  It was pretty darn cute.

Ava decorated her pumpkins with stickers.  Mimi helped - they had a great time.

October Stuff from the Dalton Home

First nap in the crib, only 8 months old. Has been napping like a champ here ever since!

We spent quite a few evenings taking walks around the neighborhood.  This is Ava's favorite spot - the bridge and watching the geese and throwing rocks.

Each time I look away from her, she cranks her neck to look at my face.  Seriously the sweetest thing ever.  Heart, melts.

 A little art - cutting out and gluing a tree together.  She loved this so much, we did it multiple times.

Ready for church - Ava at 3 years old and Vivian at 8 months.  How fast time flies....
